TL;DR: We never store your Slack messages. Messages are processed in real-time to generate replies and immediately discarded. We only store minimal data needed for authentication and billing.

ReplyRapid ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Slack application.
Information We Collect
When you install and use ReplyRapid, we collect:
- Slack User Information: Your Slack user ID, display name, email address, and profile picture for authentication and dashboard display.
- Slack Workspace Information: Your workspace ID and name for multi-workspace support.
- Usage Data: Count of AI replies generated (for free tier limits) and subscription status.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store credit card details.
Message Processing
When you use the "AI Reply" feature:
- The message content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate reply suggestions.
- Messages are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
- We do not retain, log, or analyze the content of your Slack messages.
- Generated replies are sent directly to Slack and not stored by us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate you and display your dashboard.
- Track usage for free tier limits.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Provide customer support.
Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- OpenAI: Message content for AI processing (not stored).
- Paddle: Payment processing.
- Firebase: Secure data storage infrastructure.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Secure token-based authentication.
- Regular security audits.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as you use ReplyRapid. If you uninstall the app or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

- Request deletion of your data.
- Uninstall the app at any time from your Slack workspace.
