1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyRapid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyRapid is a Slack application that uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions for messages. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account and Access

To use ReplyRapid, you must:

• Have a valid Slack account
• Be authorized to install applications in your Slack workspace
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyRapid to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated means to abuse the Service beyond normal usage

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Replies are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before sending
• ReplyRapid is not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content
• AI suggestions should not be used for critical decisions without human review

6. Subscription and Payments

For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends

7. Intellectual Property

ReplyRapid and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your Slack messages. We claim no ownership over content you generate using the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReplyRapid, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyRapid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
